The standard contract period is 180 days. You may terminate the contract before 180 days, however in that case, 15% of the profit will be added as early termination fee. It is a mechanism to help the users to create long-term profits by overcoming the periods of short-term loss.
HEYBIT charges "performance fee" meaning the fee will be charged only when there is investment profit. 30% of the profit will be automatically charged every 180 days. If there is no profit at the fee-charging date, then there will be no fee either.
